Hi, I made this post months ago and had an appointment already set up this Thursday in Tampa with an ID doc. Well, long story short, they need a local physician in Ft. Lauderdale where I live to work with this doc. I went to two and neither one would go along with this. So I called the Tampa lyme doc and his office was the rudest I have ever seen. No sympathy for anything. I asked if they could help me find a PCP here and she basically said no it's your problem. Then I had words with her and she cancelled my appointment ...they were not helpful at all. So I am wandering if there is any doc in Florida who I can see other than Dr. S in Naples and Dr. C in Tampa. My symptoms seem to be getting worse and now this appointment is gone due to the lack of caring on an office receptionist. Thanks for any help. Jocelyn
