Finally diagnosed through blood test but PCP doesn't think it's necessary that I be treated. I KNOW that he is wrong. I need proper care ASAP. Have been infected for a while and I have been breastfeeding my 10month old. Only info I have on the disease is from internet and it is scaring me. Please help.

From all your notes & PM, it sounds like you have Lyme neuroborreliosis. That comes after you have been infected for some time already. Don't panic now. Our LLMDs have experience treating neurological symptoms and most clear with appropriate oral antibiotic regimes plus nutritional supplements. You'll be better than O.K.!
You may need to travel to find a good LLMD for both you & your infant. Don't let that put you off. We'll figure this out! You're not the first Mommy who's gotten thru LD. Your child is blessed that you figured out your dx before she even walked.
