Grandaughter has multiple insect bites on face and arms, look like mosquito, 3 have bulls eye rashes around them and are doubling in size each day, about the size of a quarter now. Local DR at ER says they are just a regular rash associated with the mosquito bites and sent her home.

I don't have any names of LLMD's (Lyme Literate MD's) associated with Nevada. However, try some of the links/ideas below. A bullseye rash does not appear with mosquito bites! I would definitely have her checked out.
Log on to the Lyme Disease Association's website where you can search for doctors by entering your zip code/city/state. It will locate the doctors who are closest to your location. It also allows you to search by medical specialty. I often specify that I want a doctor who is an ILADS member. Try joining your on-line state support group. There are members who can recommend doctors in your area. For instructions on finding your state group go to: http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/STATENAMELyme/ The groups are moderated so you have to apply, and doctors names are not allowed to be posted online. Once on the group, you can ask for doctors in a certain area and people can email you privately.
Also, check out Support Groups in your state. They are a great source of doctor recommendations, support, and, possibly, additional names. If a phone number is listed for a contact person, it's better to call than to email. http://www.lymenet.org/SupportGroups/UnitedStates/
California Lyme Disease Association http://www.lymedisease.org/ On this site, you can obtain physicians' contact information by clicking on the ``Resources'' button, then ``Doctor Referrals''. On this page, you can register and get an email listing doctors in your area.
