Need desperate help! I have all symptoms of Lyme but have tested negative with standard blood test. I have been sick for 8 weeks and it's progressively getting worse every week. I've seen sports med doctor, rheumatologist and neurologist. MRI of brain and c-spine are normal. Scheduled for lumbar puncture tomorrow. Pain in legs and arms are so bad I've had to take a leave of absence from my job. Muscle twitches, brain zaps, pins and needles..you name it...I have it. I'm not aware of a tick bite, but I live on a farm and occassionally pick off a tick or two from myself or children.

Anxious for any help!

i am in desperate need of finding a new LLdoc. i have been with one for a year now. i am only getting worse. i don't feel confident with my current doc. he doesn't schedule any followup appoinments on a regular basis if i call with a question, he usually just tells me to call my PC. my LLdoc has never rechecked any blood work, is this normal? as i have gotten worse over the past year, my pain mgnt doc has diagnosed me with CFS, ostoarthritis, fibromyalgia my hormone and thyroid levels are low. severe depression. i haven't work in 3 months. i need to find a new LLdoc quickly. can any one help me? i'm in virginia beach. where can i start?
