Is there such a thing as a Lyme Literate vet?

Although it seems the average vet knows more about Lyme than the average doctor, I will say that most of them still follow standard protocol which is useless for chronic Lyme.

I am looking for a Vet (or even specialist or herbalist) in Maine or New England who has experience working with dogs and recognizing and treating chronic Lyme symptoms.

I just want my dogs to live out their days with a better quality of life. I would rather put them down than see them miserable.

[email protected]

Thank you!

people should be as lucky as your dogs 99% of the vets know all about lyme and treat it, they dont have the politics to deal with like people do my vets office is wall papered in info on lyme im sure your regular vet is well versed ask him/her im sure they will quote you chapter and verse !

even some vets in CT have NO CLUE on how to treat lyme. Some still say, "once positive, always will read positive" so "NOT TO TREAT"...even if dog still presents or has new symptoms.

UGGGRRH!!!
