Anyone Know of an LLMD in AZ? I Live in Southern AZ but am willing to Travel. Hoping the Mayo Clinic in Scottsdale has one. Any advice would be apprecciated!

Stay FAR FAR AWAY from Mayo Clinic. They WILL NOT diagnose or treat Lyme. Period.
