Hi.
I live in Canada and am looking for a LLMD in one of these states (Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, Wyoming or Nebraska)in which I am closest to. I am in Winnipeg, Manitoba and cannot find a doc willing to do long term treatment. Thansk in advance...
