Hi everyone. I am searching for a doc in Indiana. I live in NW Indiana but am willing to travel. Would like one that does insurance, but if not that is fine too. At this point I just don't care. I was DX'd about 10 years ago with Lyme and things have gone from bad to worse. Never got a proper TX (10 days worth of antibiotics). Now have a whole HOST of other problems... any help would be appreciated!

If a suburb of Cleveland, Ohio is not too far for you, my LLMD is great. She helped correct my thyroid and other hormone problems too.
