Actually that is Dr. C in Mt. Kisco NY and I believe he is a well respected ILADS LLMD.
Maybe in general discussion someone can help you.

There is a newly minted ILADS LLMD in CT.
Dr. M. Contact me for more info. I don't see him, but one of my best friends does. She's very happy with him. He's been trained by Dr. J in CT and Dr. H in NY.
He's green, but he's good. Not afraid to consult with the best of the ILADS LLMD's.
Since he's fairly new you might not have to wait too long to see him.
