From what I've received so far, there doesn't appear to be any Lyme doctors close by Syracuse,NY

so I'm wondering if anyone knows of Lyme doctors that don't require monthly appointments like the one I currently have does.

Even if I went every other month it would be a big help as far as work is concerned.

Or is it just standard for all Lyme doctors to require monthly appointments.

Not standard at all .. unless maybe it is in NY? I saw my dr every two months for awhile, then went to every 4 mo, then 6 as I progressed.

The ones I recommend all see their patients monthly until well into treatment and the patient is making good progress. Then, it can go to every 2 months. Near the end, it can be every 3 months.

I think monthly is a very good rule.
