I am interested in contact info on the Indiana LLMD and any recommendation details if possible.
I haven't been active on lymenet in over a year and decided to check for IN docs again before I made my appt with my WI LLMD. Since it is a 9 hour drive to WI doc, I am very pleased to see an IN LLMD who is positively recommended.
