My Lyme test was done by Labcorp and the results are below:
Lyme IgG/IgM. 1.39 high

Western blot:
IgG bands all absent.
Interpret as negative

IgM P41 absent
IgM P39 absent
IgM P23 present abnormal
Interpret as negative

Also my CMV (cytomegalovirus) IgG/IgM Ab were 10.0 high (>1.0 is positive) and I have many Lyme symptoms - fatigue, joint pain, stiffness and swelling, hair shedding, weight gain, trouble sleeping, high liver enzymes too. Trying to understand if these are menopause symptoms as well.

Any help with understanding what this means would be
appreciated. I am planning to follow up with one the
recommended LLMDs soon. I had mono about 30 yrs ago.

According to Dr Burrascano on page 7 of this paper, your results are significant because you have band 41 and a lyme specific band, band 23.

So, it's good to hear that you will be seeing a LLMD soon.

If you post your medical questions on the Medical Questions board, many more people will see them.

Don't worry that your test was interpreted as negative...many, many of us had the same thing happen since testing in not that reliable.
