1. currently receiving IV. (Local internist will support IV treatment if need to go out of State)
2. Not newly diagnosed - in treatment 2+ and 1+ yrs respectively. IV treatment is new.
3. Willing to travel
4. BC/BS if anyone takes & other person Medicare. yes I know most LLMDS don't take but just hoping - economics is a huge issue at this point in time.

Also would go to New Jersey - Pretty much anywhere Just need great doc, willing to treat til well, who doesn't mind intelligent patients and no temper or verbally abusive
