You helped me before to find ********, but he has sadly gone out of business. I'm in Mass. not too far from the NY or VT border and am looking for a Lyme MD to coordinate my treatment. I've had lyme for 1.5 or 9 years, not sure. Thank you so much--this forum is so valuable!
