Anyone know of any dentists that deal with lyme patients, in FLorida?

I told my dentist that I had Lyme and they were very supportive. They had to perform some really tough cleanings because the abx changed my mouth chemistry and it used to cause some really bad tooth staining. She used to get them really white though.
