I've tried to contact the support group in AZ to find a doc there. No luck. Someone mentioned a Dr. Z in Prescott, AZ. Any idea if he is good? Also, my friend lives in CO, so if you have any new names of docs in either CO, NM or AZ we would be very grateful. Thanks!
