Thanks for offering this service. I've had lyme for around 15 years, with only getting a good diagnosis about 2 years ago. My doctor is great, but not LL. So far, I've responded pretty well to antibiotics, but would love to finally just nail this thing if possible.
I'm an adult, and live in the upper NE corner of Missouri... there may well be closer docs in Illinois or Iowa.
