My son has a friend in Harrisonburg, VA who is experiencing symptoms similar to Lyme that I have seen in some of my friends. Is there a LLD in the Harrisonburg, VA area that we can pass on to this out of state friend, who is a college student there?

You would have better luck putting the state in the subject. I do not know any in VA. Hopefully someone else will jump in.
