My son is dealing with MTHFR mutations as well as a COMT polymorphism. The Yasko testing has not been able to help us as we sent blood almost a year ago and they keep telling us they just can't figure out what is going on with my son. We even sent more blood this past Jan. and still nothing. So, we need to find someone who is knowledgeable about methylation issues. Someone on the East Coast would be nice, but at this point, we are willing to travel.
