If you are willing to travel to D.C. for the first appointment and then have monthly telephone appointments thereafter, I can give you the name of a top notch lyme doc in D.C.--comes highly recommended by a large state lyme disease organization, and other big names in the lyme world.

Let me know. A number in NJ have told me there are no good lyme docs there. So, they are now coming to D.C. or going to a doc about 1 hour or so north of NYC.

You can take a train to D.C. and then a subway to doc's office (or just walk), so it doesn't require exertion on your part at all.

I highly recommend this doc. Sounds like who you need since you are not getting well.

Im not sure what kind of agenda would make anyone say there are no good drs in nj ..there are some GREAT ones there and as a patient and an assistant working for a wonderful lyme dr. in i find it highly ofensive, curiously biased and downright meanspirited. I can send you lists with feedback on them given over the years from people on this website regarding ny, nj and pa drs. theres a big difference between trying to help someone by getting them to a great dr. and trying to sell your dr. exclusivly by knocking all the others who risk their livlihoods to help lyme sufferers.
