My father is very ill with Lyme and co-infections. He lives in Sioux Falls, SD.

I'd like to find a LLMD for him as near to his home as possible, as it is very difficult for him to travel very far.

Last I knew there were no LLMDs in SD, so realize he might have to travel to Minnesota or Kansas.

He is very ill, so ideally would like doctor that would consider IV antibiotic treatment.
