My 7 yo daughter was just diagnosed with Lyme disease by our pediatrician. We are glad she at least was informed enough to do the test but from initial research it seems the recommended 21 days of 1200mg (per day) of Amoxicilin may not be enough so we are looking for a LLMD in the Raleigh area in NC. Any help and additional info would be greatly appreciated.

You could try your online state group in the LymeDisease.org network. To find yours, go to http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/statenamelyme and follow the directions. Or just type in your own statename instead of "statename" in the URL above. E.g. http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/northcarolinalyme
