Our LLMD is 4 hrs away in NYC - and my daughter needs weekly Bicillin injections.

Our PCP won't do it because they didn't prescribe it. Our home health care nurses won't do it because they only do infusion therapy (and pre-authorization probably would not be approved for this).

Any suggestions? I really want someone who has done this before and is good with kids - my daughter is not great with pain to start with!
