HI, I live in Ne. I have an LLMD in IA. unfortunately, i need to seek a second another LLMD as he may be losing his license.

I am willing to travel the Midwest to get to the best one.

Also, I travel to Arizona frequently and would like information on LLMD's there as well. I used to live there and am familiar with a couple but would like to consider this an option as well. Thanks.
