I'm actually posting this request for an acquaintance who is very ill with what sounds like parasites and potentially other co infections.

Anyone know of a good LLMD, Osteopath, Naturopath, etc. who is actually out there and treating parasites?

I don't know of any in the areas you are asking about, but I do know of one in NC, if your acquaintance can travel.
