I'm going to be relocating from Washington state to northeastern Oklahoma, and need to find a local-ish LLMD. I'll be 90 minutes from Tulsa, OK; 30 minutes from Joplin, MO; 3 hours from Kansas City; 6 hours from Dallas, TX or St. Louis, MO.

I know I'll likely have to drive a fair way to find an LLMD, but driving is still better than flying back and forth from Seattle.
