The concensus is that there aren't any really good lyme docs in NJ. See this post:

If you are willing to travel to D.C. (on the train, etc.) for your first appointment, there is a great doc there. She will do telephone appointments after that if you don't want to travel to D.C. monthly. Let me know if you want the name.
