A family friend was bitten while in Pennsylvania this summer, but her family has since moved to Paris where she can't find treatment.

Does anyone have any resources I can give her? LLMDs, online info or support, pharmacies that will ship internationally if she were to order her own abx/supps?

She has small kids and is really struggling. I'd love to find any thread of help for her that I can. This is legit, I've known the family all of my life.
