Who are some of the leading LLMD in the country? I've scene Dr H in WI & Dr M in IL. Have had slow, very slow but steady progress. Does anyone have any info about the Lyme specialty clinic in Arizona? Have only heard bad things. Are there any other lyme specialty clinic's in the US?

WHY you need an ILADS "educated" or "minded" Lyme Literate doctor (whether MD or ND, or both) - starting with assessment / evaluation for lyme, OTHER tick-borne diseases, and other chronic stealth infections - and all that goes along for the ride.
Medical "models" explained here, as to differences in the ISDA & ILADS models of assessment & treatment - and exactly why it is so very important to know the differences. -

- Also an excellent book to help you determine the kind of doctor to see.

I'd say it's more a matter of what kinds of treatments are being tried - whether it's antibiotics or other kinds of treatments, and if so, what, as in herbs, various kinds of supplements, oxygen treatments, electromagnetic treatments, nutrition, particular kinds of detoxing, etc.
I like doctors who do bloodtesting, to get info that way too about the state of body systems.
Do you have any idea what kinds of treatments you'd be interested in? That might help folks direct you to specific doctors.
Another issue that matters is if you have co-infections too, in terms of asking how doctors treat them all.
