I'll send you what I have. I don't think anyone in NC really has a handle on this treatment thing.

I agree. I went to a Dr. F, who is considered the best in NC and there were a lot of "gaps" in my treatment. Decided to suck it up and travel to DC to an NP, S, whom I love like a second mother. She is amazing and up-to-date. Let me know if you'd like details
