Need a good neurologist. One experienced with lyme and multiple sclerosis. Located in central jersey.

Lyme, bartonella, erythromelegia, joint pain, fatigue and food allergy symptoms getting worse and worse. Now waking up several times per night with pins & needles in both hands- sometimes up to both elbows. My right hand feels gloved all the time and can no longer pick up earrings off dresser. Your recommendations are very much appreciated. Please pm me.
