Please, can someone send along some names for any type of practitioner who is Lyme literate in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland, or Virginia? I saw one guy close to Allentown but he doesn't seem to be up on the latest.

Also read "Cure Unknown" by Pamela Weintraub. Check your local library or buy it used on Amazon.
