Anybody know of a great integrative doctor who knows about hormones and does bioidentical? Doesn't have to be "lyme literate" (Already have a doc for that), just "lyme friendly/open."

specifically, PCOS, prolactinoma, and thyroid. In DC, East TN, West NC, or NW FL/S AL.

I know one in PA which may take a new patient. It depends on what you want to treat. He is at the retirement age and is choosy.
