I have a girlfiend in New Orleans who thinks she may have lyme. Are there any LLMDs in the region?

I don't know of any Lyme-literate doctors (LLMDs) in Louisiana. They are far and few between, unfortunately! Your friend needs to go where they are.

When your friend calls for an appointment, have her ask if there are any cancellations or a waiting list. Patients have been able to get in sooner by doing this.
