I have been undergoing long-term treatment for lyme with some success for several years. My understanding of my body and this illness has advanced and I am now certain I am not getting well because of genetic autoimmune, environmental, and detoxification issues, as well as potential other factors.
I'm looking for an integrative doctor who will test for the full gamut of other issues (autoimmune, thyroid, adrenals, mold, detoxification, genetic angle, etc.) to give me a full picture. Need not be an LLND per se but must be someone who understands, tests, diagnoses, and treats for the full picture.
I know of Dr. H and if that is the only option then I will go that route but I was not sure 1. If he was in fact this holistic 2. If there weren't others that were closer (i.e. in NYC.)
Thank you in advance for your help -- this forum saved me years ago and continues to be an invaluable resource.
