Seeking LLMD in Hudson Valley, New York, Northern New Jersey, Westchester NY or NYC. My daughter has been sick with lyme symptoms since last November. We have been to several doctors, (3 neurologists a rheumatologist and a few other types) She has had all kinds of MRI's, 2 emg/ncv's for arm pain. All tests were normal. She has had 2 western blots, only positive on the band 58. All dr say not lyme but her symptoms point to lyme. Severe neck pain, pain in both arms with occasional numbness and tingling in arms, she is worse in the cold weather and has a hard time sleeping.

Brittsmom, go to the top of the page and find "Post new topic."
You need to make your post a new topic. Give it a title like "Seeking LLMD in NY or NJ."
Then, more people will see it and help you. Right now, people will only look at this thread if they are interested in Dr R in NY because that is the title of this thread.
I want you to get all the help you can! Welcome to LymeNet. We will help you here all we can.

Brittsmom - Welcome to Lymenet!
We know you are new to Lymenet so here are some suggestions for you:
You should write a new post as TF suggested instead of adding on to an existing one, because people don't re-read old posts and this post deals specifically with Dr. R in NY.
How old is your dear daughter? It helps to know so those of us who send out information will know which Lyme doctors to refer you to. Fyi - not all Lyme doctors treat children - some treat both children and adults while others only adults.
Also, please break up your posts into 2-3 sentence paragraphs, as there are people on Lymenet who cannot read large blocks of text due to neurological problems from Lyme. Thanks.
