Well I'm a pretty serious case; with a rock solid diagnosis; former patient of burrascanno so any reccomendations on the East Coast would be also be good. But I live in MD...I also have evidence of an active persistent infection so Dr's more on the aggressive side would be great.

Welcome to Lymenet! PM sent for MD.
You need to be evaluated and treated by a Lyme-literate doctor (LLMD). Non LLMDs have no clue about this horrible disease or its complex treatment!
A LLMD is one who has treated Lyme disease and the co-infections which come with it for many years and has gotten patients well. A good one will follow Dr. B's Guidelines, the "gold standard" for Lyme treatment.

I recommend the lyme doc that "me" is seeing to everyone in the area. Right now, the LymeNet system is not working properly. If it were, I would write to you privately with lots of detail about this doc and lots of patient reports on how he treats.
I suggest you give him a try as he is the best currently available who is taking new patients.

Yes, TF recommended him to me and I have made great progress with him. He is amazing.
