I've been symptom free for a few years now, so haven't been staying involved in the lyme community like I once was....
Looking for a lyme doctor in the Virginia (Culpepper area). My niece tested positive and thinks she remembers a bite a year ago.
She's having lots of pain issues and her physican gave her 21 days of abx, but went so many symptoms remaining, she wanted to know what to do.
I told her she wanted a specialist but since I'm not from that state, I don't even know the better doctors there. Suggestions please?

If you go to www.VirginiaLyme.org you will see a "doctor referral" page on the menu to your left.
There you can find names and contact information on Lyme treating professionals.
