Knight, since you have been sick for some time and no treatment has done it for you, I strongly suggest you contact a top notch lyme doctor in Washington, D.C. who has just opened her practice to new patients after nearly 3 years of being closed to new patients.
You would only have to travel to D.C. once every 6 months.
This is an outstanding opportunity for a person like you who has failed various treatments by lesser doctors. When that happens, I always suggest that the person do whatever is necessary to get to the very best lyme doctor they can afford.

I was sick and undiagnosed for at least 10 years. Still, once I got to a great lyme doctor, I was cured of my lyme, babs, and bart.
It has been 12 years now since I completed my treatment and I am still symptom free, enjoying my life.
I stick around LymeNet just to point people to the best lyme doctors. The doc is the key to getting rid of this horrendous disease, my friend. And, Texas is NOT a good place to look for a lyme doctor. They drove out the lady doc that I am recommending to you. They drive out anyone good.
If you have not read the many posts about Texas and lyme doctors, you need to. Be willing to travel occasionally to get top notch care and get rid of this horrendous disease.

I was bit hiking the Greenbelt at Barton Springs in April 2016 but not diagnosed till October and still very ill.
I have contacted the Texas Lyme Association which has active groups in both Austin and Houston and in fact were able to get Lyme Awareness month declared in Austin (my brain doesnt work otherwise I would send you the link).
One of their support people from the group actually called me to offer support and suggestions. They may be a good source for you.

LLMDs are far and few between, unfortunately. You need to go where they are. At least half of all Lyme patients travel out-of-state for their care.
When calling for an appointment, ask if they have any cancellations or a waiting list (call every day if you have too!). Patients have been able to get in sooner by doing this.
Please read the following about LLMDs and Texas which was posted about TX:
"Texas is not a great place to find a good Lyme doctor. Texas threatens its Lyme doctors and gets them to move or stop practicing without notice.
Then, if they start up again a year or so later, they do it to them again. So, there really are few Lyme doctors there and no top notch ones."
Read the books written by the top LLMD, Dr. H, titled, "Why Can't I Get Better?" and his new one, "How Can I Get Better?". They are an excellent source of information.
