Seeking an LLMD in southern New Jersey. Would be willing to travel to Maryland as I seem to remember an LLMD that Skypes every other appointment. I also remember that no LLMD’s are recommended in N.J. I spent almost 2 years going to Dr E in N.J. to no avail.
