I am too neurologic to drive and am having trouble planning my trip to Dr. office in Foster City.Shuttles? ride services for disabled? Going to start with Amtrak I guess, but which stop to get off at? And then uber or lyft or something. Really needing assistance since can't think well at all right now.Using 2 canes for neurologic problems and have seizures but someone will be with me. County service that transports disabled people?
