These are simple e-mail formats that you fill out and they respond with LLMD’s in your area. You must research h each LLMD referred.

Thanks I will check these out. Finding a new LLMD is so daunting. Everything will change. They will have new ideas and it will be like starting over - which I don't want to do.

He was/is so dedicated to his parents. While this is difficult for us (and I am whining about myself), I can't imagine how hard this is for him.
