I saw the documentary ``Super Size Me'' last night and HOLY CRAP!
I knew fast food wasn't good for you but I was shocked.

The guy ate nothing but McDonalds for 30 days. Breakfast, lunch and dinner. He practically almost died.

It's a shame too...there is nothing better than McDonald's French fries with a tub of ketchup.

I never really understood the whole fast food craze. I'm 18 and I haven't eaten fast food more than two or three times in the past 5 years.

Greasy food always makes you feel so gross and tired afterwards.

For me its all about the home-cooked italian.

Mmm lasagna. lol

It is truly trash food. Actually, you might be better off eating trash.
