I just wanted to give a GREAT, BIG THANK YOU to everyone here. It's about one year ago that I found this board, found out about my Lyme, and the journey began . . .

Bless you all for your help, support, outstanding ethos and humanity! [bow]

Hugs- [group hug]

a year for me, too, SAK,

and I'd also like to add my thanks. I honestly don't know what I would have done without the people on this board!

I started treatment in September 2005.
So, it's been almost 9 months of IV and oral abx.

Some improvements noted- better sleep, urinary frequency... My walking and balance was getting worse though.

Finally, I just tested positive for Babesia so my doc is treating me with Mepron now. About 10 days.

I can't wait to share my mepron news. I've had such a rough time with loss of balance and stuff.

With mepron, sometimes I can walk better (albeit hanging on to someone still). At least I'm not getting worse. I hope for the best now.

Thanks for asking kelmo. I hope you're doing well.

How are you Andie?
