Is it possible to obtain medical records from that far back (1995)? And, if so, the ones in question (mine) were with Kaiser Permanente in White Plains, NY, which closed in '96, so I wouldn't even know where to call.
Does anyone know about stuff like this?

If you ever applied for social security disability or SSI around that time they would have a copy of your medical records in your case file.
That's how I got my first four years' history of undiagnosed Lyme records, including all lab work ordered (everything but Lyme tests), all specialists testing, repeated infections, etc. They even had the first record where I had gone in complaining about my severe flu and a rash on the back of my arm.
