Bless me Father, for I have sinned.

But in my defense... I CAN eat just one! Really.

I am also soaking wet day and night cause it is 90-95 degrees here and I have no air conditioning. I think the green tea pours from my skin now and I think I need to drink more liquids.

Since I don't care for chips... never have liked them much.... I think it was a craving for salt that tempted me?

Ok, Ok. The devil made me do it.

For my punishment I will try to not have fun while eating them.

And after I eat the handful... the rest will be crunched up as usual and fed to the wild animals.. or put in the worm recycling bin.

[Big Grin]

What did YOU do bad this week?

[lol]

I indulged in a piece of blueberry pizza. It is a desert pizza.

Oh man......was it good! [Big Grin]

Better news is that my tongue is not white this morning.

I say eat another chip for me. [Smile]

Hugs,

Geneal

Chips are my weakness. Part of it is the salt. When I am being good I buy salted pumpkin seeds instead. But when I really want to indulge I buy Lay's Natural Sea Salt potato chips. Yummmmmm

Best,
Karen

Reading this made me wonder...If you have lyme are you not allowed to eat sweets? LOL...seriously.

I think the best surprise or excitement would be getting a phone call from a dr. saying how junk food is now labeled "healthy". Wouldn't that be awesome? A girl can dream, can't she?!

TC that's not a fair question. "What have you done bad this week?". Hmmm, where to start...

I do pretty good in the a.m. with fresh fruit smoothies but later sometimes I've resorted to Cheezits for lunch.

And since I'm no longer on antibiotics I've been eating the dreaded 'ice cream' way to often than I should.

Help me, help me.............. [lol]

If it weren't for Ruffles, I would have lost even more weight than I did. At some points, Ruffles were the only thing I could eat without feeling sick to my stomach .... I used to even carry them around in my car with me .... hubby would tease me that I should be the Ruffles spokeperson.

So, I don't include Ruffles on the BAD list. I still eat chips if my stomach is upset though I eat healthy otherwise. I'll have a sugary snack once in a while, but in general I don't have a sweet tooth.

I'm sure it's the heat ... try sprinkling some sea salt into your water. [Big Grin]

what are my eating "sins" this week?....

1. home made sugar free oat granola

2. sweet potatoes

3. brown rice

4. 85% chocolate squares.

For most people, my forbidden foods are considered diet food... tonight I might splurge and have corn tortillas at a local taco place-yum!!

Cheddar cheese ruffles? Those are the best - my husband eats those sometimes (and of course I have "one")

Chips (plain, cheap, salty, and greasy) are my favorite anytime-all the time-food. It fills the void of not eating anything else worth mentioning. I don't have to give this up to do I? I'm afraid I might disappear...

My food sins have been limited to my nighttime fantasies of baked, chocolate chip cheese cake drizzled with chocolate and a cherry on top. This dream will find reality one of these days! [lick]

Actually the best thing would be to hear " they have found a cure for lyme and babs. It is mint chocolatechip ice cream with hot fudge! And they have found brownies to speed the process along"

mee too. except i have been cheating with herrs ridges. my stomach isnt good and i know i have to watch the yeast ...

but my weight is hard to maintain and i am at 101 lbs now with the fattening potato chips and i figure its better than alot of the other easy to digest things (bread/crackers etc.)

between my uncooperative stomach , my boney body, an anti yeast diet that aggrevates my stomach more - something had to give so i decided on potato chips. [Big Grin]

HA! You all made me giggle and laugh!

Sitting here right now eating my ruffles. But I do have some sour cream/yougart dip I made too... loaded with several tablespoons of fresh garlic. It is so thick with garlic it looks like rice pudding.

But like Lymie in MD said...

"Of course I only ate it because i needed a magnesium supplement."
