Well, another week gang.....

We've had some bad weather here in the south but I did clean my house and pull some weeds on Saturday.

Are you all sitting down? I found someone to cut my grass!

[woohoo]

He's 16 and really sweet. He came out Saturday and cut the back of my property for $40. He's gonna charge me $65 to cut and weed eat my entire yard every 2 weeks.

I'm in heaven!

[woohoo]

Now, onto all the other things I haven't had the time or energy for!

[woohoo]

That's WONDERFUL, AKLW!!!! woohooo!

I went to pool therapy today... am exhausted and my feet are killing me. I did too much walking and standing over the weekend.. and now the PT... whew!

I had barely recovered from the PT on Friday. She overdid it on my neck and shoulders. Then I got myself into a spasm in my lower back while doing my exercises last night.

TuTu-I hate back spasms! I get them from alot of bending, like weed pulling, cleaning the tub, etc.

I've lost my exercise motivation gang! [Eek!]

Think if I buy some duds for walking, that won't wrinkle in my bag, that might help.

I'm gaining weight too from sitting here all afternoon at my job.

Apparently what I'm doing isn't working for me.

Hopefully I'll find my exercise mojo somewhere.... [Roll Eyes]

Doesn't Rocky still need walks? How's he doing?

My feet got worse and worse yesterday.. decided that the pool therapy REALLY flares them up.

So no more of that. Will see the PT on Friday to decide what is next.

Hope my feet don't take forever to recover from this. GRRR! My neck and back are bad too.

ALW [woohoo]

tutu..ugh

hoping with rest and a good movie things will mprove

my exercise for this am wass burning the bacon

i was still out of it...hindsight tells me it was not a good idea to try and cook the bacon

it was either toss it or cook it

i tried to cook it...figured the pan did the cooking...all i needed to do was get it in the pan

opened my hallway door and my front door to fix things

maintenance man came by and said i needed to close the hallway door as there was so much smoke the fire alarm might ring....which means...

he turned on the fan for my air conditioning unit

my body was shaking as i laid in bed....over did it...body still too weak to try and move about

over heated too

and the sound of the fan was too much

as i laid in bed waiting for my body to get strong enough to get up and turn the fan off....

the maintenance man came back by and turned it off for me...hurray!

still resting and wtg..i need to close the front door next when able'

i use to have my peltor ear muffs in bed with me...it is that time of the year to have them in bed with me again so I can put them on when the air conditioning unit comes on

body can't handle the noise

Still trying to recover from last Friday's outing in the forest with company for 10 min.

It will be a long while before I try that again

it is too much health wise

my exercise for today is getting food in me

I did get a can of mixed fruit cocktail in me

I like burned bacon but this was too burnt...

so rosie has some homemade treats...

other exercise will be getting Rosie out 3 times a day to toilet via the power chair...we have just been going to the end of the apartment parking lot and back

thankfully she has not been complaining

no longer able to open windows at the end of the hall which makes sense

...but i wish we could open them at night

..the hallways stink up

Hoping she will be able to run off leash soon.

Able to pick up a bit in the kitchen this am and start dishwasher...est 5 or 10 min on feet.

still trying to recover then hoping to eat something

a team will be dropped off to take care of the packing, moving, paper work, unpacking, getting food in your new house and cleaning up old house and new house and arranging things in new house

turn key service

you will be laying at the beach on a tropical island with full service and a fax for any signatures that might be needed to complete the deal

all expenses paid of course

just took rosie out to toilet. bad air quality from the fire still. windy out too.

Hey gang! [Cool]

Did 2 loads of laundry yesterday and tomorrow is house cleaning day in the a.m. before work.

OK, this should count as exercise......today I ate some Natto at my mother's. For those of you who are taking enzymes you might have heard of nattokinase.

Natto is fermented soybeans which have a really bad odour and are kinda stringy and globby at the same time.

I'm hoping and praying that it'll have the health benefits that it claims. Supposed to be like Lumbrokinase, Serrapetase, etc. and thin the blood and bust clots, etc.

I'm gonna eat one package a day.

Wish me luck.....

[hi]

Well, I started out my day with a serving of Natto with wasabi and soy sauce.

TuTu-It tastes kinda like edamame or a slightly raw bean if you can get past the look and smell.

Not to bad covered with wasabi and soy!

I got up super early today and cleaned house for 3 hours and then got ready for work.

Sitting here at the reception desk now and so relieved I'm sitting down and taking it easy!

Great start so far for the weekend.

See you all later!

[hi]

My phys therapist said there is nothing more they can do for my neck, since the simple exercises they gave me flared me so severely.

ugh and hug tutu

but i believe things will be ok...somehow

able to drive out to the dirt road int he forest

doing well enough to take in the scenary around me and enjoy it

used up my being on my feet by walking rosie to the car, then remembering I forgot my camera, walkign bak into the house to get camera

i wanted to stop by the rodeo grounds on the way and take pics from the car

walked into circle k to get an expresso thinking it would help

decided to do the dirt road thing first to see how i did

taht did me in...neeeded to get home and lay down

i did recall to put the peltor racing ear protection muffs in the car and i did wear them into circle k this time...that helped

traffic noise from the 4 lane highway and the bell noise from the circle k store is too much

i also kind of found the entry way to the dirt road at the other end.

next step is to see if i can find it again on the way out ..it is narrow and the car does get scratched by branches in one spot...

..but at least i will be able to drive through instead of needing to turn around and drive back...

they blocked the end with large boulders awhile back

most likely will block this entry way in time too but for now it is nice ot have

things got crazy with the house. the mortgage guy told me the closing was off at 10:30 the night b4!!!!

i have never been thru stuff like this. two days later he forwarded me an email from his boss on what was wrong...as if i could fix it...crazy. i couldnt even understand the words...the things i di understnad were 4-5 weeks old...

he hasnt contacted me again...the 3rd time he didnt call when he was supposed to

the ownere of the RE agency has stepped in and is trying to get me a closing with a new bank---in a week! that also is hard to believe...but we'll see.

i do feel better getting the physsilium out of my system. but have lost much sleep over this and i am trying to catch up now.

hope to see you all next week.
