I have never been as despondent as I am today. Is this life just some kind of sick joke? I really wonder.

Oh I am so sorry you're feeling so sad. PLEASE don't despair, because with the right tx you can get your life back. It sometimes feels like a bad joke, but being sick isn't ever fun.

What kind of treatment are you on?

I'm with you as well, I've been on therapy now for a year and considering going off abx for a while. I don't know if I feel better or worse than when first started treatment, the numbers go up and down. I wonder if you loose what progress you may have gained with treatment if you go off or if you basically would have to start allover again. I guess you would eventually loose, since those little buggers are multiplying.

I can't really afford a llmd right now, so I have been trying some herbals, didn't mean to sound so negative on Christmas, but I figured you guys would understand since you've 'been there and done that.'
Thank you for understanding.

It's trial and error, I think, to hit on remedies that help. Are you exploring Buhner herbs at all?

Also, for what it's worth, a simple homeopathic remedy got me high - pulsatilla 12x. Being happy was weird, but it's better than nothing...
