I'm sorry rotate what? I do rotate my groceries when I come home from shopping. All my sauerkraut is rotated, old out first.
But rotate the rest of my life? I already rotate because I never remember what I was doing and bounce off to do something else and completely forget what I started.
Is that called rotating? How does one make money being confused?

Guess what my rotating thing i somethig...its a strategy for brain injuries
Its called; individual cognitive rest management plan They list things that require thinking and divide them into the ones that you have to limit and the ones that are usually okay
Some of the ones you limit are: school work homework driving social visit playing video games using the computer drawing painting household chores traveling trips outside the home texting reading playing a musical instruments The ones you do when resting from the hard ones are: short walk around the block sitting in the shade spotlight activities help set the table stretch extremities listen to soft relaxing music stay hydrated don't overeat sleeping now app spend time with up at take long baths and showers make your bed get a massage fold laundry watch TV but not sports or action movies
I'll come back and separate all that when i get to the computer
