As many of my posts are complaints, or questions about problems I figured I'd share a happy and positive note.

Yesterday was the best day I've had in what feels like a long, long time!!!

I woke up, feeling amazingly rested. Worked about 5 hours and still had energy when I came home to do some house chores! Finally - let the good days roll.

Now if I can just keep my slow pace, rather then push myself when I feel good - so that I can have more good days. (I am hoping today will follow suit).

I'm so happy for you! It's such a great feeling, finally having a good day. It's a crumb of hope, reminding you that yes, you once were a normal person.

Glad you're being cautious though - the temptation to overdo it can be great.

Wishing you many more good days!

Hopefully soon you will have "a" bad day mixied in with the hundred good days.

I remember when my son Dominic (7) came home from school and didn't have to take a nap. He was so excited he wasn't exhausted.

Soon one good day a week turned to two then three and now we are having the 1 bad day mixed with a hole lot of good.

Just remember to try and take it slow for now, it's hard but try.

I am so happy for you

Another good day today!

I actually ran errands AND walked a 1 1/4 mile (even if it did take a half hour) YEAH!!!!!

I still feel good. Hopefully I'll sleep well tonight- didn't need a sleep aid last night!

I said to my family today that I feel like I've turned the corner.

Just feel like I need to share these good days - a ray of hope....

I am VERY happy for you!

Thanks for sharing the GREAT news!

When I first started feeling better from Lyme, I stopped posting on Lymenet. I felt bad to post good news when I knew so many others on here weren't as lucky as I was.

I now understand how positive it is for all of us to read sucess stories and know that although it takes an arm and a leg to get back to wellness, most eventually get there! And until the day we all turn the corner, we must continue to fight the disease and support each other in the process!

May your health continue to improve - and please keep us updated!

Best wishes,
Stella

Thank you all for confirmation to post postive news.

I was unsure about doing this, but when I first was dxd I was looking for hope, and sometimes hard to find.
